1/9/2020  · If this doesn’t describe your situation, there are a number of things that might cause a ZRemesher operation to fail–problematic geometry, problematic polycount, problematic settings. It would be best to get a look at an un-cropped screenshot of the model in Zbrush , with the interface, point/poly count, and Zremesher settings visible.

Zremesher doesn’t currently seem to respect the guides too well unless you really crank their strength up to 99 or 100 (and even then it might not work to well). This has been a common problem for a while now, ever since they changed its algorithm to reduce spirals.
